Internet Marketing Strategies – Part Two: Developing Your Product

Developing your own product to market on the Internet isn’t as difficult as you may think. Today’s technology has opened a whole New World of opportunity for even the smallest homebased business owner. The knowledge you have within your own mind is all you’ll need to develop a successful product.

Everybody is good at something. You don’t have to be a Rocket Scientist in order to create your own product. If that were the case, most of us would fail. Maybe you have a special talent or some specialized knowledge. Use this knowledge to create a product.

Researching

Before you begin developing your product, make sure you’ve done your homework. Research the market to determine exactly what people want and develop your product accordingly. If your product doesn’t have a market, it won’t be successful.

Your product should not only fill a void, but should also be unique. The less competition you have, the better. If you enter a market in which you’re competing against hundreds of other products similar to yours, your chance of success will be minimal. Develop a high-quality product that fills a void and provides people with exactly what they want.

Another consideration of great importance is your product’s delivery method. The best form of product delivery on the Internet is automated. Internet users want the product they order as soon as their purchase is complete. This can be accomplished in a number of ways depending upon the type of product. For example, if your product is software or information, it can reside on your server and be instantly downloaded via a link. If your product is a private site, you can provide instant access as soon as your customer’s payment has been processed.

Not only does instant product delivery benefit your customer, but it will also benefit you. By completely automating your product’s ordering and delivery process, you can spend your time performing more important tasks, such as making more sales.

Brain Storming

The most difficult part of creating your own product is deciding upon the product itself. First of all, you’ll need to decide what type of product you would like to develop.

Some of the top Internet sellers include:

o Software

o Information

o Private sites

o Internet services

Once you have determined the type, then you can focus your attention on the subject matter.

If you would like to develop a software program, but aren’t capable of writing it yourself, consider hiring a professional. If you would be interested in developing a desktop software program, simply visit a Search Engine and search for “software developers.” If you would like to develop a software that resides on a server, search for “scripting services.” Although this type of product will be the most expensive to develop, it can be very profitable.

Information is a big seller on the Internet and is also the most inexpensive to develop. Your information can be in the form of a report, an ebook or even a private site.

Internet users are starving for information, as that is what the Internet is all about. They have a sincere desire to learn and will search for the information they desire. The best form of information is “how-to” information that teaches or informs in regard to a specific subject. Even if the subject is very unique, the Internet is a great market for even the most niche products.

If you’d like to develop a product that is very inexpensive to create and has a great profit margin, then an informational product is your best bet. Most informational products are compiled into a downloadable file better known as an ebook. In order to compile your files into an ebook, you’ll need to purchase a compiler. Prices start at around $25. You can find a complete list of compilers here:

http://www.web-source.net/web/Ebooks/Compilers/

For further information on creating an informational product, you may read the article entitled, “How to Create, Sell and Distribute Your Own Informational Product.” http://www.web-source.net/info_products.htm

Internet services are also very profitable. However, this type of product requires more of your time. In addition, you must be an expert in a given field in order to provide a quality service.

Here are a few popular Internet services:

o Web/Graphics Design

o Copywriting

o Software Development

o Marketing Consultant

o Publicist

o Search Engine Optimization/Submissions

Alternative Products

If you’d rather not develop your own product, you may want to consider selling someone else’s product. You can find hundreds of great affiliate programs here:

http://www.associateprograms.com/

If you would be interested in selling some of the top name brand items, the following website will provide you with hundreds of legitimate drop shippers. These companies will allow you to sell their products on your website and even ship them to your customers. (There is a $39.95 per year fee for this service)

http://www.electronicdartshop.com/dropshipsource.html

Summary

Developing your own product is an essential part of your online success. Take your time and make sure you do your homework before you begin. No matter what product you develop, quality is of the utmost importance. Provide your customers with exactly what you promise and more — over-deliver.

If you develop a quality product that fills a void and provides Internet users with exactly what they want, your product will be a success.

How to Fix the Microsoft Blue Screen of Death With Registry Cleaner

Blue Screen of Death error message on your monitor screen can prompt you to seek help at untimely hours as you make frantic calls to technicians telling them, maybe at 3.00 am, that your server is displaying the blue screen error, which is fondly known as the Blue Screen of Death among IT professionals. If this happens, the technician would probably tell you to reboot the server and let him get back his sleep. The secret in fixing the Blue Screen of Death error is in your capability of reading the screen. Given below are some methods to fix the Microsoft Blue Screen of Death.

There are four important parts of the message, viz., the error message itself, the modules which are in the memory, the modules that you were to load in case this error had not stopped you, and the present condition of Kernel Debugger. The error message has a code number, the addresses of places of occurrence of error, type of error in a coded text. When you receive this message, and you aren’t aware of which application caused the error, it might have been due to an application trying to divide by zero. Examine the memory dump first. Here are some error messages and ways to eliminate them:

The IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error might have been resulted from a driver of buggy appliance or a conflict with the hardware. If you have added lately hardware to the system remove it, or a new driver for any appliance disable it fix the problem.

If you have not rightly configured the driver of any appliance, it can cause KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED error. Try to analyze which driver is resulting in this problem. If it is a REGISTRY_ERROR,it means a failure in your system registry, which may not necessarily mean a corrupt registry, but failure of reading the registry from hard-disk. In case it is INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE error, your Windows NT is unable to read from hard-disk, which may be due to bad driver of an appliance or the SCSI terminator or a virus might have killed the boot sector.

The UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP error relates to memory. Check whether the SIMMs, are of same speed and type, and ensure that the computer’s CMOS is aligned to the RAM. If all these doesn’t help replace computer memory.

If you received the obscure BAD_POOL_HEADER message, it might be due to some recent changes made on the system, and if you undo these changes you can fix the error. The NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM refers to corrupted hard-disk. If the system can be booted, run CHKDSK /F immediately. If it isn’t bootable, install a new Windows NT copy in a special directory, and use it for running the CHKDSK and after editing your BOOT.INI file go back to the original Windows NT.

The KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR indicates the Windows couldn’t read kernel data form its page file. This may be due to a bad processor, or bad memory, wrongly terminated devices or corrupted PAGEFILE.SYS. Fixing the Blue Screen of Death error of this type is easy if you recreate the PAGEFILE.SYS file..

If it is a basic error NMI_HARDWARE_FAILURE message, indicating the hardware layers are unable to report the reasons of error, you have to get back to the hardware vendor, as it might have been caused due to bad SIMMs, or bad mixing of non-parity and parity SIMMs.

Easier way to Fix Microsoft Blue Screen Of Death.

You may be familiar with the saying “If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it,” which is very true with Windows NT. Blue screens appear with reason. If you are unable to understand the blue screen, and rule out failure of hardware, it would be possible due to changes made in the system recently. As a last step, try to use the Last Known Good Configuration which can restore your system, but without the changes made since the rebooting of the system last.

Get Cash Now With No Credit Checks

Life – it is unpredictable. Things may be going great when suddenly you find yourself in a financial crisis that requires immediate cash. Whether its your broken-down vehicle that has left you stranded beside the highway, a disabled appliance like your refrigerator that must be replaced immediately, or something as simple as a misplaced utility bill that requires immediate payment to avoid disconnection – you may be in need of a fast and easy way to get cash now.

Not everyone has flawless credit – the type of credit that allows you to walk into a bank and get a loan almost immediately, or to qualify for credit cards that allow cash advances when life throws you a curve ball and you need money now. Fortunately, a payday loan can help you make it to your next payday without all the hassle of stiff bankers and cold, uncaring credit card companies.

Easy Qualification

A payday loan is a short term loan that is the easiest in the industry to qualify for and receive. Nearly everyone can get a payday loan, regardless of past credit history or even bankruptcy. There is no credit check required for payday loans, which means that virtually anyone is approved. The only qualifications for receiving a payday loan are that you are actively employed and have a valid checking account with a positive balance.

Simple Application Process

Applying for a payday loan is very simple. You will present the payday loan lender with a post-dated check written out for the amount of the loan, plus interest and modest fees. The lender will agree to hold the post-dated check for a period of time – usually two weeks but perhaps as long as a month – upon which time the loan will become due. You will then pick the check up in person and pay the lender the face amount, or the lender will simply deposit the check into your checking account for reimbursement.

The paperwork for the payday loan is very limited. The payday loan store will need copies of your most recent paystubs for income verification. They will also need a picture identification – such as your state issued driver’s license. Some lenders may ask for a couple of personal references.

Convenient Online Lenders

There are many reputable online sources that offer payday loans. You will fill out an application online over a secure server. You may be required to fax or email a scanned copy of signature documentation. You will not be asked to pick the post-dated check up in person – online payday lenders will deposit the check electronically on its due date into your checking account. Online payday loans are more convenient than traditional payday loans because you do not have to bother with going into the payday loan store to apply, nor do you have to come back to pay the loan on its due date.

Payday loans are very popular. Because they are only short-term loans, there is no ongoing monthly payment to worry with. And borrowers of payday loans tend to borrow only what they need, which makes the loan easier to manage in terms of the borrower’s budget.

Transporting Scanned Documents Environmentally Sound and Saving Money At The Same Time

Are you still sending masses of paper documents via FAX so they can be put on paper at the receiving side in order to get filed or thrown away?

When FAX was the only convenient way to send a paper document to another place for further processing, telecommunication companies cherished the income, it’s a slow process at a minute a page or more and very lucrative for a telecom provider.

Today, there are better ways of doing that, using a device called a Document Sender. A document sender allows the scanned document to be either sent electronically as an email or a FAX, so if your recipient still lives in the old world of FAX machines, you can send it there.

If you send it in your own organization or to a modern recipient, you probably would want to send it as an e-mail, firstly it is a lot faster, secondly it does not cost you anything if you already have an Internet connection anyway.

Some simple numbers: Sending 20 pages a day from Austin, Texas to Philadelphia via FAX at US$0.10 per minute costs you annually US$400.00 on the sending side, plus US$50 for maintenance of the FAX machine and US$30 of power (approximately 30 Watts) for standby. A Document Sender normally consumes less than 10 Watts of power in standby.

Document Sender Appliances can normally take a large range of Industry Standard USB Scanner Devices, that allow you to select the right scanner capabilities and price. With FAX machines you are limited to the standard FAX paper format, with scanner devices you can select the appropriate format.

A ‘Document Sender’ is, what I call a convergence device. As with a dedicated Fax Receiver Appliance the Dedicated Document Sender Appliance will significantly reduce the amount of printed paper in or across organizations, as well as further speed-up the information flow and delivery.

State of the Art document senders allow you for each user to set up an individual address book for email or fax numbers and require the user to identify at the document sender before the device can be used. This way nobody can maliciously email or fax a document on behalf of someone else.

In environments such as Legal, Government or Medical where there are strict rules on what documents get sent where, a Document Sender appliance is a perfect fit as it can be configured and managed centrally to enforce policies and whatever controls are mandated.

If so required, a Document Sender can store to a central service running on a PC or a server, so that who emailed what to whom and when can be registered in a central database and can be retrieved as necessary for analysis.

The savings in power, paper, speed of delivery, accountability and access control to your company resources are all powerful arguments to use Document Sender appliances instead of a FAX machine. All these reasons combine and make the use of such a device an essential for all organizations large and small. So when selecting a fax machine next time think of ‘Document Sender and Fax Receiver Appliances’ as an alternative solution.

Recommendations For A Small Office PBX System

Here’s the scenario:

You are researching options for a PBX system to cover about 10 lines or so. You PREFER not to rely on VOIP for outbound connections, but VOIP in the office itself is probably ok.. and possibly for office-to-remote office. Your focus (mimicking your bosses orders) is on ease of setup, affordability, and reliability of the system (the usual pretty obvious management direction).

Now…where do you go from here?

To go with a premise based solution for a small outfit might not be the be the best option. The reason I say that is it isn’t necessarily an easy system to manage, especially when you are considering linking remote users for an “on net” appearance. There are solutions available for your size venture, but from my experience they aren’t the most effective.

An outsourced solution will give you the same look and feel, plus much more, of a very high end PBX type solution. It also makes the connection of remote users much easier. In many hosted, or outsourced solutions, the need for VPN is eliminated, which can be difficult to maintain for voice. Small companies can operate much like large enterprises with a simple, outsourced telecommunication service.

Depending on your level of comfort with network setup and management, if you intend to install and maintain the system yourself, I suggest the vendors discussed below. When in doubt…..get assistance from a professional who has experience with IP/VoIP needs analysis and platform selection for small to midsized businesses.

You can maintain your analog POTS lines or whatever connection to the PSTN you currently utilize, there is no reason to let go of that. Most IP based systems these days let you create a mixed dialplan, where you can supplement your traditional lines with a few VoIP lines (SIP Trunks) that can be leveraged for LD or International calls.

There are many variants of Asterisk that incorporate a graphic user interface that encompasses most administrative tasks like setting up your trunks(lines), creating extensions, registering IP phones, setting up auto attendants and myriad other options.

For Asterisk based systems, I would suggest checking out:

trixbox.com

asterisknow.com

switchvox.com

fonality.com

With any of these, your base needs would be the PBX, which is typically a rackmount or midtower server with fairly modest specs (Intel Xeon CPU, 1GB RAM, single or dual SATA hard drives if you want RAID, and if you have (8) analog phone lines, you would need an 8FXO TDM Card integrated into your PBX chassis.

The only problem with an asterisk based setup is that it requires a lot of work on your part. Definitely do some research on some hosted or managed PBX vendors that service your area. Something on premise will probably not make financial sense.

If you are looking for more of an appliance type solution, I would check out talkswitch.com.

Generally speaking …. expect to pay $400-$600 per seat for the PBX, phones, and perhaps a managed ethernet switch.

Also, having your internal LAN setup for VoIP is important. You want to implement an internal QoS (Quality of Service) mechanism, typically a VLAN that segments your IP Phones from your normal bandwidth, so you allocate suitable bandwidth for the VoIP.

I would not discount voip for outbound connections. So hopefully your “PREFER” is not a rock solid position…and you’re open to outbound VoIP. There are a few good managed voip providers out there. Managing your own PBX is not a simple task. You need to understand dial plans, did/dod, voice mail integration. If you want to do it well, you will want to have at least a dedicated person…. if not team. For 10 lines, it would likely be overkill.

Just my opinion, your mileage may vary.

For ten users, I would also consider using Google Apps [google.com/a].

For your companies email and calendaring. Why run your own server and have to deal with backing up your email when you can have Google do it for you. For a real estate business (for example) you wouldn’t worry too much about storing your mail on Google’s servers. They are not medical records or legal records (at least not so much that I would not trust google). You could likely get away with the free standard version.

Whatever direction you decide to go in you do have options. Do your research ….. decide early on “in house” vs “remotely managed” solution ….. and of course don’t forget the boss’s direction for “ease of setup, affordability, and reliability of the system”.

Hi Tech Doesn’t Have to Mean High Cost

In this day and age, it can be difficult to compete against the ‘big boys’ in any type of business. Especially in medicine, the rate of competition is fierce and if you happen to have a small medical or dental practice, you may feel left out in the cold when it comes to certain aspects of everyday business practice.

If you own or run a small medical practice and are worried about the potentially high cost associated with making your business comply with Hi Tech (Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act), fret no longer. A practice called “Cloud Computing” has revolutionized the way we’re able to spend our IT dollars and are quickly replacing the more costly solutions of the past.

An on-demand or “in the cloud” application can be leveraged over your internet connection for a small user fee, sometimes as little as a few thousand dollars. Once your practice has access to this system, it will be maintained by a third party, meaning your small practice is able to leverage economies of scale and reduce overall IT expenditure, saving you time and money in the long run.

Several years ago, when the topic of data security within healthcare organizations first came up, the only real option available to fix the problem was centered on complex server and appliance-based solutions. As you may well remember, these solutions usually cost upwards of $50,000 and yet they provided only a small amount of the protection required under HIPAA. Now, your practice need not lay out a huge amount of capital in order to stay out of the reach of the law.

All you need do is implement the proper technology using the revolutionary cloud computing system that so many small practices are turning to for help. An on-demand solution like this can be a lifesaver when you’re trying to comply with Hi Tech.

Your small medical practice probably does not have an IT staff on hand, meaning you sit slightly behind the curve when it comes to electronic health records, or EHR, and with the quickly approaching deadline for Hi Tech compliance looming before us, you may be desperate for a low cost solution. The good news is that implementation using the internet has never been easier, and you may not even need the help of an IT person in your practice to guide the process along. This solution could be exactly what you’ve been searching for!

Basic Configuration Tutorial For the Cisco ASA 5510 Firewall

Continuing our series of articles about Cisco ASA 5500 firewalls, I’m offering you here a basic configuration tutorial for the Cisco ASA 5510 security appliance. This device is the second model in the ASA series (ASA 5505, 5510, 5520 etc) and is fairly popular since is intended for small to medium enterprises. Like the smallest ASA 5505 model, the 5510 comes with two license options: The Base license and the Security Plus license. The second one (security plus) provides some performance and hardware enhancements over the base license, such as 130,000 Maximum firewall connections (instead of 50,000), 100 Maximum VLANs (instead of 50), Failover Redundancy, etc. Also, the security plus license enables two of the five firewall network ports to work as 10/100/1000 instead of only 10/100.

Next we will see a simple Internet Access scenario which will help us understand the basic steps needed to setup an ASA 5510. Assume that we are assigned a static public IP address 100.100.100.1 from our ISP. Also, the internal LAN network belongs to subnet 192.168.10.0/24. Interface Ethernet0/0 will be connected on the outside (towards the ISP), and Ethernet0/1 will be connected to the Inside LAN switch.

The firewall will be configured to supply IP addresses dynamically (using DHCP) to the internal hosts. All outbound communication (from inside to outside) will be translated using Port Address Translation (PAT) on the outside public interface. Let’s see a snippet of the required configuration steps for this basic scenario:

Step1: Configure a privileged level password (enable password)

By default there is no password for accessing the ASA firewall, so the first step before doing anything else is to configure a privileged level password, which will be needed to allow subsequent access to the appliance. Configure this under Configuration Mode:

ASA5510(config)# enable password mysecretpassword

Step2: Configure the public outside interface

ASA5510(config)# interface Ethernet0/0

ASA5510(config-if)# nameif outside

ASA5510(config-if)# security-level 0

ASA5510(config-if)# ip address 100.100.100.1 255.255.255.252

ASA5510(config-if)# no shut

Step3: Configure the trusted internal interface

ASA5510(config)# interface Ethernet0/1

ASA5510(config-if)# nameif inside

ASA5510(config-if)# security-level 100

ASA5510(config-if)# ip address 192.168.10.1 255.255.255.0

ASA5510(config-if)# no shut

Step 4: Configure PAT on the outside interface

ASA5510(config)# global (outside) 1 interface

ASA5510(config)# nat (inside) 1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0

Step 5: Configure Default Route towards the ISP (assume default gateway is 100.100.100.2)

ASA5510(config)# route outside 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 100.100.100.2 1

Step 6: Configure the firewall to assign internal IP and DNS address to hosts using DHCP

ASA5510(config)# dhcpd dns 200.200.200.10

ASA5510(config)# dhcpd address 192.168.10.10-192.168.10.200 inside

ASA5510(config)# dhcpd enable inside

The above basic configuration is just the beginning for making the appliance operational. There are many more configuration features that you need to implement to increase the security of your network, such as Static and Dynamic NAT, Access Control Lists to control traffic flow, DMZ zones, VPN etc.

Visit my website in my resource box below for more information about Cisco products and solutions. You can also learn how to configure any Cisco ASA 5500 Firewall Here (applicable for ALL ASA models running software versions 7.x and 8.x).

Making Money From Home by Utilizing Craigslist

It is always nice to have additional source of income. If you have a day job, the best kind of supplemental income is one that does not demand so much of your time. For people who can at least post a simple classified ad together with pictures then the perfect way of making money from home as an additional source of income is to sell on Craigslist.

Each month more than 80 million new classified advertisements are posted on the website. To be able to post one yourself, you need to be a member of the web site. Craigslist has one of the simplest membership applications on the internet. All one needs to do is to provide an email address. Afterwards the applicant has to respond to a captcha which is actually a verification word that prevents a type of software called bots from posting ads on the site. Craigslist sends a response to the applicant’s email where further instructions are provided to complete the membership registration. Full membership is granted to the applicant after complying with what the email asks him to do.

Posting a new classified ad in Craigslist is quite straightforward. There is an obvious link on the page to make a new posting. After specifying the type of posting whether it is for selling something, or for a job offer, or for something more personal, Craigslist asks you to define the posting some more. For example, when posting something for sale, you are ask what category the item belongs, for example if it is an appliance, some collectible or a video game. Afterwards, the poster is asked to specify a location which after doing so, the page where the actual ad is composed appears.

Anyone can post an ad free and likewise anyone can view and reply to an ad free. Craigslist is a great way of making money from home because posting on the website is very easy and only require one or two minutes of your time. When someone is interested in the item you are selling, they can either contact you by email or, if you allow it, by phone. With millions of people viewing and interacting in Craigslist, it will be certain that someone will start negotiating with the classified advertisement that was posted.

Not only is Craigslist for posting items for sale. Each one can post his expertise as a service and when somebody hires the services of the poster, then Craigslist has given him an opportunity to make money from home.

Portable Internet Radio – Internet Radio Receivers

First, internet radio “broadcasts” can be either a play list, an actual radio broadcast, or a combination of both. What I’m speaking of here is a stand alone appliance for tuning to an online radio station with its’ own call sign/station designation, just like traditional radio.

Radios such as these will cost anywhere from about $100.00-$300.00 depending on the factors discussed below. These receivers acquire their signal via antenna, Ethernet or wifi, depending on your preference, although wifi probably lends the most versatility, when connected via your router.

They come with a variety of features/capabilities. When connecting without a computer refer to the manual which should be included for setup instructions. Access is through a server which you log onto, enter your model number/code which configures the receiver. Depending on what software your radio is based will determine the ease of acquiring streams(broadcasts).

The tricky part has to do with the software upon which radios are based. Although there are a number of very good U.S. alternatives, I would recommend those which are Reciva based out of the U.K., and marketed here. This company is sometimes referred to as the “Microsoft” of the internet radio business in terms of dominance, and have access to some 16,000+ feeds.

Through their web portal, you can register and customize the stations appearing on your radios’ dial through “my stations.” Most reputable servers will enable access to thousands of broadcasts in their database. The ability of adding URLs not in their database is another desirable capability to consider when making your choice. That’s it, as far as the basic procedure. Additional aspects to consider include: Sound quality, Network connectivity, and Extras which may offer enhanced versatility.

Sound quality: Whether the stream is 32k mono, or 128k stereo plays a large part in terms of the overall enjoyment experience, especially when playing music stored on a local file server(home or office computer). This is coupled with speaker response, in terms of dynamic range, highs and lows for overall sound presence.

Network connectivity, meaning the time from powering on and hearing music can vary widely from 4sec to 25sec. Broken connections can be a recurring problem. External antennas, and ethernet ports can help in these cases.

Extras items to look for would be direct 120v inputs(US only), or if you travel abroad, transformer powered. Is radio battery operated for portability? Can you record stations easily? Does it have a headphone jack(audio out), audio in/aux(mp3 player), remote control, alarm clock, FM tuner, dual speakers, etc.?

Mystery Shopper Business Software

A mystery shopper is a person whose job is to phone or visit business houses pretending to be customer, and evaluate facilities and the quality of service. Many companies hire mystery shoppers to investigate their business privately, whether it is a restaurant, clothing store, retail outlet or fast food chain.

Various types of software are used by mystery shoppers to give a feedback to the company about a particular shop. Such software saves time and money when compared with conventional methods of reporting.

Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) software is commonly used by mystery shoppers to submit reports on an organization. IVRS software is a general term used to refer to applications that incorporate a company’s telephone and computer system to become a voice computer. This computer transforms the caller’s telephone into a terminal, capable of accessing information and services directly. IVRS permits to publish corporate database information through a familiar interface, the telephone. IVRS is a database interface technology that combines computer technology hardware, comprising a server or PC with telephony interface cards, and software. IVRS permits a person to ask questions and give answers by pressing keys on a touch-tone phone.

With IVRS software, mystery shoppers can immediately report to the company about their customer service, cleanliness, quality of the product, and other factors required. Mystery shoppers have to call a designated telephone number after they leave a business house and reply to survey queries. Interactive Voice Response System software right away records, scores and stores the results. Instant feedback means your company can take remedial measures immediately, or supply positive reinforcement to retail employees with no delay. When your organization’s reputation is at stake, or key employees deserve to be recognized, the Interactive Voice Response System software is of great use, as paper and pencil reporting just cannot be fast enough.
